Returns and Exchanges

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 20 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a $7.95 per item re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card. Please allow us 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list along with detailed return/exchange instructions. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Shipping
Most of the items will ship to PO Boxes. To ship to a PO Box, the item must be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All other shipping methods, such as UPS and FedEx, can not ship to a PO Box.

Shipping on most orders to the lower 48 states of America is only $6.95.

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size and weight.

Orders shipped outside the United States will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size and weight.

Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. EST, Monday-Friday will be shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. . If you need an order shipped overnight, we must receive your order by 12:00 P.M. EST. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Sonny Productions / MBBW will be happy to work with you regarding any problems you may have and will gladly replace an item with another item of your choice, or issue a store credit.

Shipping charges are non refundable and COD returns will not be accepted. Please follow the guidelines below when making a return.
** Include a copy of your invoice along with the return.
** Items must be in new unused condition.
** Please allow 5-7 days for store credit to be issued to you.
** We advise that you insure your return package. Sonny Productions will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
