Below are the print sizes and specifications for the Myrtle Beach Bike Week® Pocket Guide. All Ads need to be complete ready to be placed into the publication.

Full Page: actual ad size is 8.x 5. = 8" in length and 5" in width plus 1/4 inch boarder on left and right and top and bottom = 8.5x5.5. Now that your ad is overall size 8.5x5.5 we will cut down to 8x5 as the finished size. Have text no closer than 1/8 from edge of the final size of 8x5 ---- Price $1,500.00

Half Page: actual ad size is 4 x 5. = 4" in length and 5" in width plus 1/4 inch boarder on left and right and top and bottom = 4.25x5.5. Now that your ad is overall size 4.25x5.5 we will cut down to 4x5 as the finished size. Have text no closer than 1/8 from edge of the final size of 4x5 ---- Price $800.00

Quarter Page: actual ad size is 1.5.x5 =1.5" in length and 5" in width plus 1/4 inch boarder on left and right and top and bottom = 2x5.5. Now that your ad is overall size 2x5.5 we will cut down to 1.5x5 as the finished size. Have text no closer than 1/8 from edge of the final size of 1.5x5 ---- Price $500.00

Eighth page actual ad size is 1.5x2.25 = 1.5" in length and 2.25" in width plus 1/4 inch boarder on left and right and top and bottom = 2x2.5. Now that your ad is overall size 2.x2.5 we will cut down to 1.5x2.25 as the finished size. Have text no closer than 1/8 from edge of the final size of 1.5x2.25 --- Price $350.00

For Printing
All ads should be 300 DPI at actual size.
Do not take images off web sites they are to small and will not work.
Color mode should be CMYK not RGB.
Any fonts or text should be converted to paths.
Files should be submitted in PSD, TIFF, or EPS format.
